Executive Team
Harbor grew out of its founder’s experience
as a former CPA helping Doctors with their financial accounting
and tax needs. An early adopter of technology, Greg Cutrona was
often called upon to counsel and assist physicians related to a
whole host of technology issues from networking to paperless practices.
From his experience working with doctors he decided to combine his
financial shrewdness with a passion for technology and formed Harbor.
Greg Cutrona is a CPA and has experience in Healthcare
Financial Analysis and Operational Restructuring, System Implementation,
Application development and design. His areas of expertise include
planning, development, integration, optimization, and training on
Practice Management and Clinical Applications.
Greg has Eight years of Healthcare experience in EDI (electronic
data interchange) claims processing, project management, system
implantation and accounts receivable management. He continues to
run a successful business that provides implementation assistance
for Physician practices installing applications that create greater
efficiencies, productivity gains and increased profitability.
Today Harbor is a full service; practice Management Company with
capabilities to identify, implement and improve the administrative
efficiency and profit opportunities within virtually any medical
practice regardless of size or specialty.
